Thank you for shopping with Hexadecimal Creations. We’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy specifically adapted for our print-on-demand and dropshipping operations.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

Since we use third-party fulfillment partners for both print-on-demand and dropshipping items, processing times vary:

  • Print-on-Demand Products:
    Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days.

  • Dropshipping Products:
    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the supplier and product availability.

Note: During high-demand seasons (e.g., holidays), production and fulfillment times may be extended.


2. Shipping Times & Methods

Once your order is fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

Destination Estimated Shipping Time
USA 5–10 business days
Canada 7–14 business days
Europe 7–15 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, shipping method, and destination. Some items may be shipped separately due to location or fulfillment partner differences.


4. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We ship worldwide where our fulfillment partners operate. For international orders:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather events.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging and take photos of the item(s) and packaging for a damage claim.

  • We’ll work with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
